Anime Show Randomizer
A randomizer that returns one anime show per spin, with everything you need to decide in ten seconds.
About this anime show randomizer
Use the genre and score filters to build the pool first, then randomize. Great for watch-club schedules, seasonal challenges and "no skipping" rules with friends. Every result card includes the score, year, synopsis and a trailer, plus links to MyAnimeList and a where-to-watch search. If the first pick does not appeal, use the filter panel under the wheel to steer the pool, then spin again — repeats cost nothing.
How to use it
- 1
Load the wheel
The wheel fills automatically with live MyAnimeList data. Use “Shuffle the wheel” for a fresh sample.
- 2
Spin
Press spin. The winner is drawn uniformly at random before the animation finishes.
- 3
Open the result
The result card shows the details and links straight to the MyAnimeList entry.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the anime data come from?
Titles, posters, scores and synopses come from MyAnimeList through the public Jikan API, so results are real shows rather than made-up entries.
Is the anime show randomizer really random?
Yes. The winning segment is chosen with a uniform random draw before the animation plays, so every item on the wheel has an equal chance. Nothing is rigged toward popular titles.
Does it work offline or on slow connections?
The wheel needs a connection for fresh data, but a bundled snapshot of popular titles keeps results loading even when the upstream database is slow or down.
